The service

Marcee Parcel accepts packages in the United States and arranges their delivery to receivers in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Every accepted package gets one reference number you can use to follow it from drop-off to delivery.

Your account

To send a package you create an account with your name, email, and phone number. You can sign in with an email link, a code sent by SMS, or a code sent on WhatsApp. Keep your sign-in details private. If you think someone else has used your account, let us know right away.

What you can send

You can send clothing, food, medicine, electronics, documents, and most household goods. Some items cannot ship for safety or legal reasons. Our team will tell you at the desk if anything in your package cannot be accepted.

• You confirm you are allowed to send the contents.
• Prohibited or undeclared items may be held or returned.
• Declared value is used for handling and any coverage, not as a resale price.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown by weight or by box. You pay when you drop off, at the desk or in the office. What you see is what you pay, with no hidden fees added later. Prices can change over time, but the price you are quoted at drop-off is the price for that shipment.

Delivery times

Most packages arrive within 6 to 9 days, depending on the destination city. These are estimates. Customs, weather, and local conditions outside our control can affect them.

Notifications

When your package changes status, we can let you know by WhatsApp and email. You choose which of these you want in your profile, and you can turn them off at any time.

Liability

We take real care with every package, but our responsibility is limited to the handling of the shipment as described at drop-off. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect receiver details, customs actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
